Next on my list of characters are Padre and Mum. Anthony Clay Keele, born in Roseburg Oregon sometime in the 20th century, and Laura Ann Billington Keele, born somewhere in California also sometime in the 20th century.
Padre grew up in Myrtle Creek, Oregon, and the way he describes his life, you'd think he was a poor, starving black child. What else are you supposed to think when you hear his tales of being hungry enough to dress his finger with mustard and ketchup so that he could pretend it was a hot dog?
Mum grew up in Burlington, Colorado which is so far east in Colorado that it's practically Kansas. A close knit community, and yet there was always something heinous going on.
Jeepers, I can only wait on the edge of my super not-comfy folding chair to wait and see how you paint the 5th grade teacher character in your life sketch. I hope I gave you straight A's.....
